Up until now I had used WELCOME to Learning World YELLOW, but I decided the students were not ready to move up to Learning World 1, so I tried WELCOME to Learning World Blue. At first, there was a bit of trial and error, but the kids LOVE the songs and chants! I feel really good about it because the students are really challenging themselves to remember slightly more difficult phrases through the chants (vehicles, numbers, prepostions of place, etc.).

Also they really love the Hokey Pokey song in WELCOME Blue. If I play a different CD, they say, “No! Not this one.” I was also surprised that they remembered the entire introduction.
